We started with a single brick oven and the belief that bread should taste like something. Over 40 years on, that hasn't changed — we still bake by hand every morning and pull every loaf out of the same kind of oven that started it all.
We're a family-run bakery in Burlington, serving fresh Italian breads, pastries, custom cakes, and a daily hot lunch table. Nothing about how we work is fast — and we like it that way.
